Our Doctrinal Belief and Faith ...
..STATEMENT OF FAITH..
Our belief is Oneness in the Godhead (Jesus is the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit), according to Matthew 16:18-19 – And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven; and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. John 14:6 – Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life; no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. Galatians 3:24 – Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith. Colossians 2:9 – For in him dwelleth all the fullness of the Godhead bodily.
The mission of Michael Gilcreast Ministries, Inc. (Higher Hope Apostolic Church) is to “Build A Church That Stands For God.” We allow God to lead us to stand in the fore-front, leading the way and setting the example for true Holiness. No location will be off-limits, or out-of-reach for the word of God, including the North, South, East, and West. Our church theme is: “Taking The Cities” (Numbers 21:25 & Joshua 6:20) — Therefore, changing lives is the reason for our mission and heaven is our goal!
God has given me the vision to become a multi-ethnic & multi-cultural ministry, establishing the same desire with new directions towards ministries & outreach programs from all walks of life and from every nation. The bible states in Proverbs 29:18 – Where there is no vision the people perish; but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.
